We got two from three bets right for this one, and netted a tidy profit of $23 from $50 bet. We tipped the Under, we tipped Gui Santos to miss his rebounds target, and lost out to Jrue Holiday not being as good at basketball as we thought.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Jayson Tatum scored 22 points, Kristaps Porzingis had 18 and the Boston Celtics handed the Golden State Warriors their most lopsided home loss in 40 years with a 125-85 victory on Monday.

The Celtics built a double-digit lead early and put the game away with a 43-24 edge in the third quarter.

Jaylen Brown added 17 points and Payton Pritchard scored 14 for Boston.

Stephen Curry scored 18 points to lead Golden State. The Warriors shot 34.8% for the game, with Andrew Wiggins making just 1 of 11 shots.

The Warriors lost by at least 40 points at home for the sixth time since moving to California in 1962 and first since a 149-104 loss to Dallas on Jan. 15, 1985.

Celtics: Boston got off to a good start on a four-game trip after coming into the game on a 3-4 stretch. The Celtics got in front early and never were really threatened the rest of the way.

Warriors: The short-handed Warriors were down another key player with Draymond Green (calf) joining Jonathan Kuminga (ankle) and Brandon Podziemski (abdominal) on the sideline. They didn’t have nearly enough without those players to keep pace with the defending champions.

The Celtics are having a distinctly below par few weeks, regular losses, low scoring offense, offering great value bets on their opposition, and quite possibly a few games away from relinquishing second spot in the Eastern Conference. Indeed if NYK had not had a disastrous few weeks themselves, the Celtics would find themselves wallowing in 3rd place. Nightmare fuel for Bostonians.

The bookmakers have the Celtics marked as 10.5 favourites in this one, against a Warriors team who are also having a sub par season. But when it comes to GSW, their sub par is levels, below the sub par level of Boston.

Boston go into this game off the back of a home court loss against Atlanta (and a 4/4 winning tips result for our tipsters), and have a 29-13 (69%) record, 6-4 in their last 10, but importantly have a 14-5 road record, which is far better than their home record. This season's Celtics like to travel. The Celtics are on a L1 streak.

With Steph Curry listed as questionable due to a sprained ankle, Draymond Green almost certainly out with calf strain, we can't see the Warriors having the firepower to beat Boston, but we also don't see a super high scoring game, so we're going with the Under bet as our main (and only) game bet.
