SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Devin Booker had 31 points and 11 assists, Kevin Durant scored 19 points against his former team and the Phoenix Suns ran away from the Golden State Warriors for a 130-105 victory Friday night.

Nick Richards added 14 points and 16 rebounds and Bradley Beal had 21 points off the bench for Phoenix.

Warriors star Stephen Curry didn’t score until hitting a short jumper 7:38 before halftime on just his second shot of the game and finished with 14 points — going 1 for 6 from 3-point range. He missed his initial four tries from deep before connecting with 11:12 remaining in the game.

Moses Moody came off the bench to score 17 point for Golden State, which had hoped to build some momentum from an impressive 116-109 victory over Western Conference-leading Oklahoma City on Wednesday night.

This is a fascinating game for us. The Suns are marked as 1.5 point betting favourites (odds, 1.93), yet it appears the modelling done by many of the tipping sites has the Warriors winning the game by between 4 and 10 points.

Nothing serious separates PHX (9th) and GSW (11th) in the Western Conference. 24-22 plays 24-23. The Suns have a 9-13 road record the Warriors are 14-12 at home. Suns are 7-3 L10, Warriors have recovered from a poor run and are now 5-5 on a W2 streak (PHX L1 streak)

In their last 5 games both are 3-2, but two of Phoenix's wins came against the Nets and the Wizards, which is basically printing wins. Warriors have had a much harder time on paper, and beat high fliers OKC by 7 points in their last home game.

Where the Suns do have a slight edge is injuries, right now the Suns are injury free, the Warriors will be without Draymond Green. Not much of an edge to be fair.
